Many times we come to church with a previously-crafted expectation of what church 'should' be and when the church doesn't live up to that expectation we find fault.  Our desire with STEP 1 is to help people understand who we are and why we do what we do so that, as far as it pertains to the basics, we all share the same expectation.  Through STEP 1 we offer the opportunity for you to become a 'Partner' with us as you will begin to understand who we are, where we came from and where we are going.  You will come to understand, in a deeper way, why we do what we do.

STEP 1 is offered every Spring and Fall.  It is a 4 hour time where we gather together on a Saturday morning, share snacks, conversation and then conclude with lunch.

We are desiring to be as transparent as possible and this is a great way for you to hear and understand, from our leadership, the inner-workings of our church.
